About the Owners
After serving in the U.S. Navy following 9/11, Chad spent more than a decade learning the homebuilding industry from the inside, managing the production of several communities throughout the League City and Clear Lake areas. Time and again, homeowners asked him where they could find reliable companies specializing in patio covers. Options were scarce or financially out of reach for many families. Chad recognized the need—and knew he could fill it.
Stepping away from large-scale homebuilding, Chad planted the seed that would become Outside Oasis. Through years of dedication, long days, and unwavering commitment, that vision grew into the company it is today.
Rachel then joined the Outside Oasis family, bringing with her a strong background in customer service, education, and hands-on construction experience rooted in her family’s trade. From drafting and engineering to permitting and client communication, she ensures each project moves smoothly from concept to completion. Chad and Rachel became partners in life and in business, officially making Outside Oasis a family-owned operation.
