Our planning process is built around you. You’ll collaborate with our Project Manager to meticulously plan every detail without breaking your budget.
The planning phase happens like this:
Initial consultation between you and a Project Manager (Who will be there until project is 100%)
Consultation review of plan and budget document
Follow up meeting to establish plan of action. Lets get started!
It all starts with a seed of an idea.
From there, we will work closely with you to ensure that your dream oasis grows to reality. The first step in the process is planning and engineering. Our engineers do more than just design your patio; they make sure everything is up to code and certified with third party inspections through your city. Once we have a solid plan, we move to breaking ground. Our skilled trades do more than construct; they breathe life into your plans and create a breathtaking oasis that embodies your personal aesthetic.

The design phases happens like this:
Creation of initial architectural design that captures the essence of your project
Formal review of initial design, and to make any desired changes if necessary
Final design review to meet your approval

Don’t trust your dream project to just any firm. We use a stringent, client-centric process to ensure collaboration occurs at every critical junction and that you’re informed every step of the way.
Construct
It’s a thrill when you see your vision implemented right in front of you. Our trades are licensed, bonded, and certified. Each one must pass our internal certification.
The install phase happens like this:
Engineer, and city permitting if necessary. Dependent upon location
Materials ordered, and ground breaking commence.
Time to get started, and the work begins.
